Augmented Reality (AR)
Abstract creates cutting-edge augmented reality experiences to allow a user to enhance the world that is in front of them. Augmented reality (AR) is what happens when you overlay digital information on top of the real world that is right in front of you. When AR apps need to augment with objects, marker or image-based recognition comes into play. A marker may be a logo, an icon, or some kind of image. Once recognized by the AR-enabled devices, markers trigger very specific information often in highly imaginative ways.

Virtual Reality (VR)
Abstract creates immersive virtual reality simulations to allow a user to step into a new environment, inside the game, without ever leaving their seat. Virtual reality, (VR) is the term used to describe a three-dimensional, computer generated environment which can be explored and interacted with by a person. That person becomes part of this virtual world or is immersed within this environment and while there, is able to manipulate objects or perform a series of actions.

Our Interactive Solution Workflow
Augmented Reality (AR) Projects
Abstract - AR Business Card
This AR Experience was created to showcase many of the most desirable AR capabilities in one place. By the time version 1.6 was released, we had iterated through many different implementations to push the limits of this technology. Such an app is actually generated in a Game Engine and can use many useful features found in modern video games.
LEDI - Interactive AR Product Overview
We were able to deliver an experience that would allow LEDI to interactively showcase the features of their latest development in an exciting manner that their customers would not easily forget.
MasterFlo - AR Valve Demo
For MasterFlo, we not only created a custom AR experience, that utilized a large touchscreen panel to display an interactive overlay of a sub-sea valve for trade shows. We also created an accompanying AR application of the same valve for mobile device use.
VR & Custom Interactive Applications
Texas Children's Hospital - Interactive Naming Rights
The Development Department of Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) expressed a need to develop an interactive visual application tool for the purpose of fundraising across various TCH facilities. Abstract designed and developed a software application that allowed for a TCH team member to input data into a user-friendly, front-end interface which then could be exported into a full 3D-animated walk-through with creative shots, visuals and audio soundtrack.
Schlumberger - proVISION
Schlumberger identified the need for an educational and interactive digital media asset that showcased their proVISION Plus tool, to be used at exhibitions and sales events around the globe. Abstract built a 4K vertical video display with the physical tool model backed by a high quality visual effects animation. An interactive dashboard was positioned at the user’s waist level to engage clients/attendees with a high quality, visual effects animation. Overall, it allowed for the sales team and engineers to interact with the target audience.
